RETURNS

We hope that you love your new shoes, however we offer a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery if they are not the right fit.  We do not accept returns for items 40% off or more from the original price. Please note our return policy requirements:

* Shoes must be returned unused and in perfect condition, without any flaws on the sole, heel, or uppers. It is highly recommended to try shoes on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

* Returns must include shoe box packaging in original condition.

*Please send an intent to return email to hello@mesashoes.com with the order number, reason for return and tracking number.

* Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and recommend using a trackable and registered shipping method.

*In the event of a sale or discount offer we do not reimburse or price adjust any previously purchased items.

* Refunds are processed Mon-Fri and can take up to 10 days

**We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our return policy terms. If we receive items that show any signs of wear or flaws, or are returned after the return window stated above we will deny refund and ship back to the original address.**
